Common Packaging - IBC Ton drum

IBC ton drum: store liquid waste with good fluidity. It is not suitable for storing liquid waste which has low flash point (<65 ℃), is easy to polymerize or contains solid particles; and it is not suitable for storing solid waste.

Opening ton drum: store ordinary solid waste. Same sized lining bags must be used for storage of waste of high viscosity.

Common Packaging - Large Opening Drum (Iron / Plastic)

Large opening drum: It can store small-volume solid waste and liquid waste (flash point> 65 ℃);

same sized lining bags must be used for storage of waste of high viscosity.

Note: It is not recommended to store liquid waste with good fluidity (such as waste water)

Woven bag (size≤1.1m * 1.1m * 1.1m): solid waste

Note! It is not recommended to store sharp solid waste (such as glass waste). Solid waste containing a small amount of liquid should use a woven lining bag.

Paint drum (≤25L) / large opening small drum (≤20L): laboratory expired / retired reagent (bottle);

Sharp objects (needle, broken glass, etc.); viscous solid waste

1. Setting location

Identification tags include sticky type and hanging type. Sticky type hazardous waste labels are affixed to hazardous waste storage containers and packaging materials. Hanging type hazardous waste labels are suitable to be attached to hazardous waste storage containers and packaging materials that are not easy to stick firmly or inconvenient to stick but relatively easy to hang.

2. Specifications

(1) Size: sticky type label: 20cm × 20cm, hanging type label: 10cm × 10cm.

(2) Color and font: The background color is eye-catching orange, the text color is black, and the font is bold.

(3) Materials: Sticky type labels are self-adhesive prints, and hanging labels are printed with waterproof plastic bags or plastic seals.

3. Fill in the content

(1) Main ingredients: refer to the names of the main hazardous substances contained in hazardous waste.

(2) Chemical name: Refer to the name of the hazardous waste and corresponding eight-digit code, which should be consistent with the names of the hazardous waste in the enterprise's environmental assessment documents, management plan, and monthly declaration.

(3) Dangerous situation: refer to the hazardous waste categories listed in Appendix A of the Standard for Pollution Control of Hazardous Waste Storage (GB18597-2001), including explosive, toxic, flammable, harmful, combustion-supporting, corrosive, irritating and asbestos.

(4) Safety measures: Fill in safety protection measures according to dangerous situations, so as to avoid accidents.

(5) Danger category: According to the dangerous situation, mark "√" in front of the text in the lower right corner of the corresponding sign.
